Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the conditions for using all content that Kabe-Tech ("we") provides on this website, including the PoseMirror service (the "Service"). If the Japanese version and this English version differ, the Japanese version prevails.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to every relationship between you and us that relates to your use of the Service.
2. Prohibited acts
When using the Service, you must not:
- violate laws or public order and morals;
- engage in acts related to criminal activity;
- download or extract the 3D models, texture images, pose data (including preset poses and their thumbnail images) or program code contained in the Service (the "Content") by any means other than viewing it on screen;
- copy, distribute, sell, publicly transmit, modify or otherwise reuse the Content, except as permitted in Section 3;
- decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Service;
- access the Service with crawlers, scraping tools or other automated means to collect the Content;
- damage or interfere with the servers or networks of us, other users of the Service, or third parties;
- act in a way that may interfere with the operation of the Service;
- collect or store personal information about other users;
- directly or indirectly provide benefits to antisocial forces in connection with the Service.
3. Your artwork
The Service is made to be used as drawing reference. You may do the following freely, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, without contacting or crediting us:
- publish or sell drawings, illustrations, comics and other works you made while looking at the Service, including copies and tracings;
- publish videos or streams of yourself drawing while using the Service, even if the screen is visible;
- use data exported with PoseMirror's export feature (such as BVH) to create your own works. You may not redistribute or sell the exported data itself as an asset.
4. Copyright and IP
The rights to the programs, software, character models, logos, designs and other works contained in the Service belong to us or our licensors. Except as permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, republish, modify or reverse engineer them without permission.
However, the parts of our 3D models based on BodyParts3D (© The Database Center for Life Science), namely the human model in PoseMirror and the anatomy 3D models we distribute, are subject to that data's license (Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 2.1 Japan). Nothing in these Terms restricts any use that license permits.
5. Suspension of the Service
We may suspend or stop all or part of the Service without prior notice if we determine that:
- the computer systems for the Service need maintenance or updates;
- providing the Service has become difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages or natural disasters;
- computers or communication lines have stopped due to an accident; or
- providing the Service has otherwise become difficult.
6. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee the accuracy, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, functionality or safety of the Service, including the accuracy of AI analysis results. We are not liable for any damage that you or third parties suffer in connection with the use of the Service.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms at any time without notice when we consider it necessary. If you use the Service after a change, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
