PoseMirror（ポーズミラー）とは？

PoseMirror（ポーズミラー、別名: Pose Mirror）は、AI技術を活用して写真から瞬時にポーズを解析し、3Dデッサン人形（3Dモデル）に反映させる「お絵描き支援」を目的とした無料のWebアプリケーションです。 専用のデバイスを使わずに、ブラウザと画像1枚で3Dポージングを体験できます。インストール不要で、PC・スマートフォンのブラウザから今すぐ利用可能です。

イラストや漫画の制作において、画像を資料にする機会は多いでしょう。 しかし、「このポーズをもう少し斜め上から見たい」「後ろ姿はどうなっているんだろう？」と考えたとき、 1枚の画像から見えない部分を想像して描くのは、プロでも非常に困難な作業です。

PoseMirrorで画像を3Dモデル化することで、気に入ったポーズを自由なアングルで描けるようになり、 あなたの作業を加速させます。

主な特徴: AIによる自動ポーズ推定（MediaPipe Pose）、3Dデッサン人形へのリアルタイム反映、関節ごとの微調整、ポーズデータのJSON保存・復元、日本語・英語・中国語対応。 Unity WebGLで構築されており、ブラウザだけで動作します。

使い方

  1. 画像を選択: POSE DETECTION の「ファイルを選択」から、人が写っている写真を選びます。
  2. ポーズ解析: 「Run Detection」ボタンをクリック。AIが画像から関節位置を抽出します。
  3. モデルに反映: 「Send to Model Viewer」ボタンが有効になったらクリック。3Dモデルが画像と同じポーズをとります。
  4. ポーズの微調整: モデルの各部位をクリックするとXYZ軸のコントローラーが表示されます。画面上のボタンで部位を動かし、より作画に適した理想の形へ調整が可能です。
  5. ポーズの保存・復元: 完成したポーズは「Save Current Pose」でJSONとして保存でき、「Restore Data」からいつでも以前の作業を再開できます。

写真がなくても、内蔵のプリセットポーズ集から選んですぐに使えます。収録ポーズはカテゴリ別の一覧ページで確認できます: ポーズ集一覧（立ち・座り・アクション・寝そべり・膝立ち）。 気になるポーズをクリックすると、このアプリがそのポーズの状態で開きます。

What is PoseMirror?

PoseMirror (also known as Pose Mirror) is a free web application for drawing support that uses AI to instantly analyze a pose from a photo and apply it to a 3D figure model. With no special device, you can experience 3D posing using just your browser and a single image. No installation required — use it right now from your browser on PC or smartphone.

When creating illustrations or manga, you often rely on photos as reference. But when you think "I'd like to see this pose from a bit more above" or "what does the back look like?", imagining and drawing the parts you can't see from a single photo is extremely difficult even for professionals.

By turning an image into a 3D model with PoseMirror, you can draw your favorite pose from any angle, accelerating your workflow.

Key features: AI-based automatic pose estimation (MediaPipe Pose), real-time reflection onto a 3D figure, per-joint fine adjustment, saving/restoring pose data as JSON, and Japanese/English/Chinese support. Built with Unity WebGL, it runs entirely in your browser.

How to Use

  1. Select an image: Under POSE DETECTION, use the file picker ("Choose File") to select a photo with a person in it.
  2. Analyze the pose: Click the "Run Detection" button. The AI extracts joint positions from the image.
  3. Apply to the model: Once the "Send to Model Viewer" button becomes active, click it. The 3D model strikes the same pose as the photo.
  4. Fine-tune the pose: Click each body part of the model to show XYZ-axis controllers. Use the on-screen buttons to move parts and adjust to the ideal shape for drawing.
  5. Save & restore: Save a finished pose as JSON with "Save Current Pose", and resume previous work anytime via "Restore Data".

No photo handy? Pick from the built-in pose presets. Browse the full list by category: all poses (standing, sitting, action, lying, kneeling). Click a pose and this app opens with that pose applied.
